The ISLB 2024 Congress venue and accommodation location for attendees will be the luxurious Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. ISLB 2024 Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to ISLB 2024 attendees only.
The success of ISLB 2024 depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official Congress accommodation by booking through the official housing bureau. ISLB 2024 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of Congress at risk.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUAL HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The Credit Card will not be charged at this time. Reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty until October 21, 2024. Please be advised that the hotel will charge the equivalent to your full night’s room and tax to your credit card 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to change the credit card used to book this reservation, you may do so no later than October 21, 2024. Rate does not include breakfast.
Cancellations must be made no later than October 21, 2024 in order to avoid a penalty charge of your full nights stay. Cancellations made after October 21, 2024 will be charged a penalty equal to your full night(s) stay.
Important: If you have booked accommodation using a credit card that is not in the guest’s name, you will be required to complete the hotel’s 3rd Party Billing Authorization Form. Please email [email protected] and the form will be sent to you. The completed form and supporting documents must be received by the Housing Bureau within 72 hours of making the reservation. If the forms are not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
